RETURNS & REFUNDS
8.1 Retail (B2C) Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our food products and for the safety and integrity of our product line, Catanzaro Food Products generally does not accept returns on food items once shipped. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and review issues on a case-by-case basis.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at orders@catanzarofoodproducts.com or (401) 255-1700. We will work with you to reach a fair resolution, which may include a replacement product, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with this Refund Policy.
Returns or refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
• The customer changed their mind about a product (change of preference or taste)
• The product was correctly described and received in acceptable condition
• The request is made more than 7 days after delivery
• Products that have been opened, partially consumed, or stored improperly by the customer
8.2 Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged due to shipping or is defective or does not match its description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photographs of the issue. Catanzaro Food Products will, at our discretion, provide a replacement product, store credit, or full refund for verified damaged or defective items.
8.3 B2B Wholesale Return Policy
All B2B wholesale sales are final unless products received are damaged in transit, defective, or materially different from what was ordered. Wholesale buyers must inspect all goods upon receipt and submit a written claim to orders@catanzarofoodproducts.com within 5 business days of delivery for any discrepancies, shortages, or quality concerns. Claims submitted after this window may not be honored. Approved returns or credits for B2B accounts will be applied to the account and may not be issued as cash refunds.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
